Tyler Smith, CCIM serves as Executive Vice President for PRG Commercial Property Advisors (www.prginvestments.com) overseeing all office and retail property leasing and investment sales.

Tyler started his career as a broker for Hoagland Commercial Realtors, then in 2010 he joined Faulkner Real Estate Corporation where he worked for over 3 years as a leasing specialist with the responsibility of attracting new tenants and retaining over 500 tenants for a portfolio of assets totaling over 2.2 million square feet for several large landlord clients. Tyler has completed many sizable transactions with tenants such as Charter Communications, Ventas Realty, Schneider Electric, AEGON/Transamerica, Hilliard Lyons, Jefferson National Financial, Crown Castle International, Summit Energy, Norton Hospital, KentuckyOne Health, Time Warner Cable, Northwestern Mutual, and many more on behalf of his landlord clients. He has extensive experience in the Louisville market in both leasing and selling user and investor properties.
